Valentines day heart cake

The cake flavor we chose was strawberry and vanilla. We had 3 layers one was just strawberry one was vanilla and the last one was strawberry mixed with vanilla. The icing we made for our cake was just vanilla flavored all through out the cake. But we changed the color of some of the icing to make the heart pinky red. For our decorations Taylor used icing and made flowers and double shell boarders also we had droops.

We added a flower to make the cake pop out more and we edited it to make it look warmer.

We added a flower basket to add decoration and we edited it to make it look cool.

On this picture we angled the cake more and also zoomed in so it was closer up we also made it look cool in this one as well when we edited it.

Reflection

I think we did a really good job on our first cake together. But the things we could've done better was smoothing out the cake. Another thing I feel like we could've done better was the droop decorations. The best thing we did was our shell border and our cake taste was really good.
